Using this website or placing an order means you agree to the terms below. We have kept them clear and to the point.

Use of This Website

This website is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt other visitors or our business.

Products and Descriptions

We present our products as accurately as we can. A few things to keep in mind:

–    Colours may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings. A variation of up to 15% from product images is within normal range and is not grounds for an exchange or refund.

–    Texture or measurement variation within 2cm is natural to small-batch garments and is not considered a defect.

–    Product images and descriptions are for guidance only and do not constitute a warranty.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Confirmed, paid orders are not affected by subsequent price changes.

Listing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund  even after payment is received. We will notify you promptly. Placing an order at an incorrect price does not guarantee fulfillment at that price.

Promotional Codes

One code per order. Codes may not be combined unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders where codes were applied outside their intended terms.

When Orders May Be Declined

Placing an order does not guarantee automatic fulfillment. We may need to review or decline an order if:

–    The item goes out of stock after your order is placed.

–    Payment cannot be confirmed or is declined.

–    The order appears fraudulent.

–    It conflicts with any of our policies.

–    It includes 3 or more units of the same style and size, or reflects patterns consistent with commercial resale. Such orders may be reviewed and declined at our discretion.

–    A listing error is identified on any item.

Any payment made on a cancelled order will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Your Account

Keep your account credentials secure. Each customer may hold one active account. Multiple accounts linked to the same individual, address, or payment method may be merged or deactivated without prior notice. Accounts may be suspended or closed if they:

–    Provide false or misleading information at registration or checkout.

–    Are used to place fraudulent or abusive orders.

–    Exploit our exchange, store credit, or promotional policies.

–    Engage in behaviour that negatively affects other customers or our business.

Our Content

Everything on this website's images, copy, branding, and design belongs exclusively to Lychee Label. Nothing may be reproduced, reused, or distributed for any purpose without our prior written permission.

Disputes and Misuse

The following may result in order cancellation, account deactivation, and escalation to the relevant payment authorities:

–    Use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.

–    Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that has been successfully fulfilled and delivered, without first contacting us. This is a serious breach of our policies.

–    Any attempt to manipulate our pricing, systems, or policies.

Our Liability

Our responsibility in any dispute is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not able to take responsibility for indirect or consequential loss arising from our products or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Site Availability

We do our best to keep the website running smoothly. We are not able to take responsibility for inconvenience caused by downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this website or from a purchase fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Arunachal Pradesh, India.

Updates

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page from time to time.
