Shipping & Delivery Policy
We pack every order with the same care we put into making it. Here is what to expect from dispatch to delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed from the next working day.
Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national and regional public holidays.
Estimated Delivery
After dispatch, expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days. Remote or rural PIN codes may take a little longer depending on courier coverage in your area.
Coverage
We deliver to most PIN codes across India. If your location falls outside our courier partners' service area, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders and displayed on the website when active.
Tracking
A tracking ID will be sent to your registered email or phone number once your order is dispatched. Use it to follow your shipment via our courier partner's website or the Track Order page on ours.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Once Dispatched
Once your order is with the courier and a tracking number has been generated, transit responsibility passes to them. We will always raise a claim on your behalf, though outcomes are subject to the courier's own investigation.
Possible Delays
We aim to deliver within the estimated window. The following are outside our control:
– Adverse weather or natural events.
– Courier disruptions, strikes, or routing issues.
– Festivals, sale events, or national holidays.
– An incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
– Unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.
Address Accuracy
Ensure your address including PIN code, landmark, and contact number is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, re-shipping charges at the prevailing courier rate will apply before redelivery. We are not able to take responsibility for failed deliveries resulting from errors made at checkout.
Refused or Returned Deliveries
If a delivery is refused at the door or remains unclaimed and is returned to us without prior written communication, the order will be treated as a voluntary return. Re-shipping charges apply before any redelivery, and orders in this situation do not qualify for a refund. If you anticipate difficulty receiving your order, please get in touch in advance.
If Your Order Does Not Arrive
If tracking shows a successful delivery but your order has not reached you, contact us within 48 hours of the courier's marked delivery timestamp. Claims raised beyond this window may not be eligible for investigation. We will raise the issue with the courier promptly, though outcomes depend on their findings.
Courier Partners
We ship with trusted third-party couriers. While we select our partners carefully, day-to-day operations are outside our control. Courier delays or handling issues after dispatch are not grounds for cancellation or a refund.
