Exchange & Refund Policy
We make every piece with care. If something is not right with your order, we will work to resolve it within a clear set of conditions that are fair to you, and to us.
Our Approach
Lychee Label is an exchange-first brand. We do not offer cash refunds as a general rule. Eligible requests are handled through a size or product exchange, or store credit, depending on availability.
When We Issue a Refund
A refund may be considered in two situations only:
– The item arrived visibly damaged or defective in a way that makes it unwearable.
– You received the wrong item a different style, colour, or size from what your order receipt confirms due to a fulfillment error on our part.
Selecting the wrong size at checkout, a change of mind, fit preferences, or colour variation from screen display differences are not eligible for a refund.
Defining a Defect
A defect is a manufacturing fault or transit damage that significantly deviates from the item's described condition or makes it unwearable. None of the following are defects:
– Colour variation of up to 15% from product images, arising from screen display differences.
– Texture or measurement variation within 2cm, natural to small-batch garments.
– Normal fabric behaviour: slight creasing, stretch variation, or weave irregularities.
Exchange Conditions
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible, all of the following must apply:
– Your request is submitted within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp in the courier's tracking system regardless of when you personally collect the parcel.
– The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed free from any sign of use, including odour, staining, deodorant marks, or alteration of any kind.
– Original tags are attached and intact.
– The item is in its original packaging.
– A clear, continuous unboxing video of the sealed package being opened is required for all damage and wrong-item claims. Without it, we may not be able to proceed.
Requests submitted after 48 hours, or where any condition above is unmet, may not be eligible.
Returning the Item
The original item must be returned to us and pass our review before the exchange is dispatched. We will share return instructions once your request is approved. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
For size exchanges, return shipping is at your cost. Where the error is ours, we will arrange return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Availability
Exchanges are subject to current stock. If your preferred size or item is available, we will arrange the exchange after receiving and reviewing the return. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Sale Items
Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for size or preference exchanges. They may only be considered if they arrive damaged or incorrect, as defined above.
Store Credit
When an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability, store credit is issued to your account:
– Valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
– Remaining balances stay active until the expiry date and will not be extended or reissued.
– Non-transferable and linked to your account only.
– Cannot be converted to cash.
Submitting a Request
Email us at Lycheelabel00@gmail.com within 48 hours of the courier's delivery timestamp. Include your order number, a description of the issue, photographs, and your unboxing video. We will respond within 2 business days.
How We Review
Every request is reviewed individually. We may not be able to accommodate requests that:
– Are submitted after the 48-hour window.
– Do not meet the conditions above.
– Show signs of use, washing, odour, or interfered tags.
– Relate to characteristics described as non-defects in this policy.
– Appear to misuse our exchange process.
Our team reviews each case carefully. Their decision is final.
A Note on Fair Use
We monitor exchange activity across accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual created to gain additional exchanges or credits — pending requests may be closed and accounts deactivated. Ongoing misuse may affect future order eligibility.
