Returns & Refund Policy – Lychee Label
At Lychee Label, we take great care in crafting and quality-checking every piece. As a small, independent clothing brand, we follow the policy outlined below:
Returns
• We currently do not accept returns on any products once delivered.
• All sales are considered final.
Exchanges
• We only offer size exchanges, subject to availability.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• With original tags intact
Shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Order ID
• Clear photos/videos of the issue
We will review and arrange a replacement if approved.
Refunds
• Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
• The product is damaged
• A replacement is not possible
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations
• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
